You can also take a look at Morrowind which is very unique and the atmosphere and setting is wonderful, requires a bit of modding to get running properly though. Daggerfall is essentially a dungeon diving sandbox too. (I had a dungeon crawler phase last year lol)

Check out Dragons Dogma- but not the second one. The first is incredibly charming, filled with alot of friction and jank at first(also seems very generic fantasy until it isn’t). The pawn system is super unique and it has that really gnarly dark fantasy megadungeon for it’s endgame dlc.
