I went down a rabbit hole trying to find what the #stalker2 PDA was based on. It's easy enough to find what the SoC/CS/CoP PDAs were based on (PocketPC tech) since those have been known for years. But the new PDA isn't really a PDA; it's a ruggedized tablet. I present the Xplore iX104 XC6.

Having played a good part of RE9, my brain has finally adapted to RE4 remake's play style. I got pretty far into the story mode when it came out, but I was so frustrated by the time I got to the island section that I ragequit the game. Playing RE4 remake now doesn't feel like a struggle.

Going from savage to normal raids is a trip bc you'll spend hours learning a savage fight for a clear and when you go do the normal again, like... maybe a quarter of it applies. You go from firing on all cylinders to using one or two and it feels awkward.

So according to Terminator: Resistance, the HK Aerials (flying drones) use an OMAP5912 chip, a Texas Instruments processor. There's two funny implications: 1) TI supplied chips for the Terminators, and 2) is actually related to the OSK part in the screenshot. (1/x) #terminator #texasinstruments

Mildly related to my previous post: I was taking notes in Obsidian trying to run my 68HC12 dev board, and I saw there was a Vim mode for the editor. Hilariously, Obsidian requires you to verify that you know how to exit Vim before enabling it.
