Is it the worst example? By far, yes. But it's just the endpoint of a downward spiral, so that's not much of a defense. I'm cautiously optimistic about Winds and Waves, and I love the Legends games, but let's not pretend that it's all been Sunflora and Roselia up until SV.

I can never tell how bad faith these complaints are. Everything you purchase is purely cosmetic, and 99% of them are achievable through playing in-game. I have every single cosmetic that's not a Mythic and I've never spent a dime past my initial purchase in 2017. There's nothing predatory here.
