I don't know what a "lover-level condition" is, and I don't want to try to picture it. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... @privateeyenews.bsky.social

People with "lover-level conditions" would no longer receive payments, instead account run by local councils and mayors would provide for needs such as transport and equipment.

Being dynamic it could change after I have set it up. If it is becomes slower then I might have have an unpleasant surprise in the morning. My charging session tonight has a slow 90 minutes in the middle. This doesn't matter tonight but would be an issue if I was closer to 42kwh.

A screenshot showing charging at 2.4kw for 90 minutes in the middle of the schedule.

Odd. My Ohme puts up a schedule with different power levels. Not charging tonight but you can see the chart from a previous charge.

Update on the bat. There are two of them! Thought there was something going on and they have posed for the camera today. If we keep up this daily doubling we will have over a quarter of a million bats by October!

A bat has returned to my video bat box. It has been up there for about ten years before we noticed the first bat. Only stayed for a week then. @batconservation.bsky.social

I am at #MIE2025 in Glasgow and one of my main educational contributions has been explaining Tunnocks Tea Cakes to colleagues from outside the UK.

Sometimes my feed tells a story.

Two Bluesky posts. One is Martin Lewis promoting a free Whopper at Burger King, the second is a BMA post on the multi faceted nature of obesity.

It's relative, so 100 is the peak. It does not really give an idea of absolute volume. You can compare with other search terms, so here you can see that it briefly was a more popular search than Taylor Swift (which is what a middle age white man thinks might be a popular search!)

A Google trends chart showing that for a brief period "Roman Salute" was more popular search term than "Taylor Swift". "Nazi salute" peaked at the same time at a higher level and remained a more popular search than Ms Swift for about a day.

Happy to oblige! trends.google.com/trends/explo...

A chart from Google trends on searches for "Roman salute". There seems to be zero until the 20th January when there is a peak which is now dropping off.
