I mentioned a partnership that gives me access to a trove of QFG concept art, sketches, photos, and original paintings. I just tallied everything and removed dupes and there are 256 individual assets to add to the book. A nice round number too! How about a little preview? :)

Concept art for Hippolyta from Quest for Glory 5 showing a pencil sketch of a mermaid. Text reads "Queen of Atlantis Hippolyta."

Non-QFG-related: that time I cosplayed as Hellboy (about 10 years ago now!)

I don't know that I posted there here - a few more product shots from my photographer. These are the final versions headed for the book!

More pics in from my photographer! The Hero-U swag and PC-98 boxes are still untouched (although probably won't need much) but the QFG2 and 3 boxes have been touched up to remove the flaws on my game boxes. Ever closer!

A collection of Hero-U swag: a keychain, two pins (unicorn and meep), the Hero-U lucky coin, 2 Hero-U stickers, a card signed by Lori and Corey, the game guidebook and technical manual.

Here's a sample of some of the photography for the book! These haven't been touched up yet - the finals will have the flaws on the boxes Photoshopped out. But you can get a sense of what the product photos will look like!

It's always hard to send your babies off, but when it's your collection going to a professional photographer for your book, that's definitely a happy kind of sad. ❤️
