Yesterday while teaching, a student wrote a number on the board in nonstandard scientific notation (eg 123 x 10^5 rather than 1.23 x 10^7). Another student complained about this, and I said that the first student's notation was "perfectly cromulent".

Enjoyed The Odyssey. It’s about as subtle as a hammer, but it is nice to see a movie that doesn’t look like it was shot on the holodeck. Robert Pattinson was pretty great as a villain too

I'm sure I'm not the first person to notice this but its wild how sagas allow for plot beats of movies/tv/etc to be adapted as cards. That's kind of how they were use originally but it wasn't as weird when they were referring to plot points in the MTG story instead of DS9 episodes
