One of the smaller goals for patch 1.1.000 is to increase visual contrast between the playable area and the background. 1.0.400 introduced changes to help the player character stand out more, but this issue was still left unsolved. #indiegame #gamedev #pcgaming #sonic #metroidvania

NEW TO v. 1.0.4: Better visibility for other graphics settings! Previously, level lighting was based around what looked best at HIGH. This led to moments on lower settings where things were way too dark. Fixed now! #indiedev #pcgaming #solodev #indiegames
