Hello all! Apologies for the lack of updates. I've had some kidney-related health complications. It won't kill me or anything, but it is excruciating! #iykyk As a result, I have chosen to cut the new weapon from the 1.1 update to ensure it comes out on time for MAGFest. 1.1 drops on the 20th!

This might lose me some followers, but for full transparency, I just remembered my wix site had some placeholder ai art i generated in like, early 2023, back when I thought it was a neat toy and not a direct attack on the livelihood of human artists. Went in & replaced it with game screenshots. 😵‍💫

One of the smaller goals for patch 1.1.000 is to increase visual contrast between the playable area and the background. 1.0.400 introduced changes to help the player character stand out more, but this issue was still left unsolved. #indiegame #gamedev #pcgaming #sonic #metroidvania
