Started off my new year by being in a car accident. As of right now I just feel like I got the wind knocked out of me. Problem with anxiety is I do physically feel like shit but I can’t tell if it’s physical or emotional, and the back and forth I’m having with myself makes it worse.

I think I’m realizing now that I don’t know how to date traditionally and I’d much prefer to hang out with some without putting that label on it and just gradually lean into whatever mutual feelings occur. Id rather build friendships that may or may not turn romantic and/or sexual.
