I had a wonderful time at the 31st annual Orchid Festival in Landers, including a tour with third-generation grower Chris Gubler. The festival is especially meaningful because significant proceeds support local nonprofits and the community.

I toured Foxhound Productions and the Skyland Arts Foundation in Crestline's historic theater. After Snowmageddon damaged the building, Jonathan Thompson and his team rebuilt it into a creative hub. A great example of mountain resilience and how the arts can help grow our local economy.

I was invited to join the Mountain Bears Club for a fun morning in Crestline for their Jamboree Day Parade. Our mountain communities are so welcoming, and something to be proud of!
