I was originally getting down on myself for playing FW slowly, doing only about a chapter a day unless it’s my day off where I might do 2-3 if I’m feeling up to it (and somedays I’m not playing at all!) but I think taking my time is ultimately fine. I’ll just build a backlog of stuff while I do.

everytime i see ppl getting upset about their kids cutting them off all i can think is well the other option was to kill you. they dont like you. they dont want you in their life. its like no fault divorce. if people want to leave you. let them. cause youre going one way or another

once you’re at a certain level of strength, those fights really stop mattering once you can one-round them with ease even before the enemy gets turn. This is why many games have mechanics to avoid or skip low level epicenters MM encounters entirely (Pokèmon’s Repel or the instant win from Earthbound
