When spouse is out for book club I do solo cooking club. Tonight I wish you could smell my kitchen. Made a shallot/garlic cream sauce with linguine and chicken. Threw in some rinds from our parmigiano reggiano haul from Bologna while warming the cream. I regret nothing.
