Participal phrases can’t hurt you I promise and you are allowed to stack prepositional phrases sometimes for a treat if you want Also, i promise, not every other sentence needs to be extra short and dramatic in order and starting “But” or “And” to get your point across

Dealing with Swiss authorities is so funny - you have to arrange what language everyone is going to speak in advance and often the answer is listen we will hold this meeting in German but presentations can also be made in French or English
