I have been having a blast playing L4D2 again recently. Surprisingly, there is still a thriving active community with over 30k daily players and new mods coming out weekly. I haven't checked out any of the custom maps yet, but Miku and her cat gun has been enjoying battling the hordes.

Waking up to South Korea going under martial law and feeling like it's a preview for America next month, then seeing that a bunch of uncles and aides pushed back special forces to defend democracy and overturn fascism has me reeling. Outside of AOC and Bernie, I have no trust in US politicians.

I played the mobile for a bit but never could do the same level of play as computer. I am a Feng surv main with way too many outfits, and main nurse for sweaty matches and Myers for fun jump scare gaming. My absolute best time was when hooks would reset and could launch you out of the map.

Dbd is such a weird game to me. I have over 5k hours and when they "rebalance" perks and killers I either play nonstop for months or don't touch it until it changes again. I haven't been playing much since 2v8 started, do you enjoy that mode? What do you main, who are your favorites?

Ugh. This sucks in an awful “familiar yet different in a newly craptastic” way. Really looking around and noticing the smug asshats still look miserable behind the gloating. And it reminds me that the rest of us can still have hope and joy after the fury and sadness fade.
