Abusing workers. Breaking up unions. Building massive data centers. Helping Palantir spy on us. Letting ICE and CBP use Amazon Web Services. The list goes on. It's clear to us that Amazon is a cog in the machine of fascism. Help us send them a message today: go.powerswitchaction.org/a/tell-amazo...

This year we're partnering with Immigrant Guide for the Community Advocacy and Leadership Academy (CALA) 1/2
We’re now accepting applications for our 2025-2026 Community Advocacy and Leadership Academy (CALA) cohort, which launches in March 2026 and runs through June 2026. The CALA Fellowship Cohort is implemented in partnership with Puget Sound Sage and Sage Leaders.
The application deadline is January 26, 2026 by midnight.

The Community Advocacy and Leadership Academy (CALA) is a 12-week training fellowship program that equips emerging immigrant and BIPOC leaders in Snohomish County, Washington, with the skills and confidence to become effective policy advocates and transformative community leaders.

Through CALA, fellows develop the knowledge and tools needed to engage meaningfully in strategic decision-making spaces such as school boards, city councils, commissions, task forces, and other leadership roles at the city, county, and state levels.

We call on the city mayors, public prosecutors, county executives and the Governor to fulfill their promises to not aid and abet ICE or military troops enforcing ICE actions. Protecting our immigrant communities involves more than non-support of ICE – it requires proactive strategies.
