While I do agree with many of the criticisms of pokemon games I feel a lot of them miss the point that like we like the games because of the gameplay loop and monster designs. The gameplay loop has remained largely the same and the creature designs have only gotten better if anything. Its still good

I had maybe a 3 month window where my favorite units were strong, way too strong by tournamnent standards but in my casual games it just gave me a fighting chance. I still dont think I had more than 40% winrate. It feels bad to have models I care so much about just rot on a shelf

I hate being told I need to just write better lists because writing a better list would mean giving up the parts of the army I actually enjoy and my models I've spents years painting, not to mention tons of money to actually get a larger variety of models.

This sort of thing has driven me nuts as a Battle Sisters player in 40k! For the last few editions weve had generally pretty good tournament winrates but the experience as a casual player is abysmal.

I think if you start a diet/ medication/exercise plan/anything with the goal of losing weight you need to seriously examine why you think that's a good thing. You need to be sure youre not falling victim to an unhealthy mindset that a million different industries are trying to push on you.

Also, it's way easier if you just decide to eat more plants and not commit to cutting out meat or animal products entirely! You don't need to adhere to a vegetarian or vegan diet, you can just have meat like a few meals a week instead of almost all of them.

I think the ability to so easily search up so much information about a piece of media has narrowed my palette. When I read books as a kid I never checked to see if it was well rated or what reveiwers had to say about it. I never checked an authors prervious work. I shold go in blind more

Wether he identified himself as part of the dsa or not (afaik he never did) he was not a member, and the Maine DSA branch said pretty explicitly that they did not like him or endorse him but would rather he won over Susan Collins. He was not part of the DSA, no matter how much you wish he was.
