One thing about living in a city while the local sports team is in playoffs is that the city is full of hope. That’s in short order these days and it feels good. Thanks for the hope Mariners. I’m not disappointed, I drank it all in. Great job.

Had to take a month off hockey due to an injury and had my first game back today. Feeling good where I had that injury but even better, I feel great emotionally. It’s amazing what getting that work out in will do for your mental health.

A thought for pride: There’s a lot of posts highlighting LGBTQ+ people and their accomplishments. You don’t have to validate your existence. Just being is enough. Surviving as gay, trans, lesbian, bi, ace, queer is enough. You don’t have to prove yourself to be worthy. You already are.
