I bring it up to my students all the time - if you don't let trans people use the "right" bathroom, then congrats - you're forcing the "passing" trans people into the very obviously wrong bathroom, which probably makes everyone in that bathroom confused and feeling awkward.

This is less "public", but in one of my three trips through grad school, a professor had us read a rival scholar and accidently* uploaded the version of the PDF that he'd personally taken notes on - with things like "ha ha, bullshit" written in the margins.
