I'm so sorry, I basically stopped coming onto BlueSky after going viral once. I tried to balance it out. It's mostly going to be cheddar, but I like to throw in a little bit of beer cheese too. Maybe something to take the edge off the sharpness like some gouda. And I do make it as more of a roux.

Having a cooking related post pickup steam on here just makes me all too aware of that: 1. There's a chunk of BlueSky that ain't never walked around the grocery outlet with their granny, begging her for one of those plastic barrels with blue drink in it 2. A lot of folks can't cook.

I probably got fast food three times in the last month or two. Everything else has been at home. I cook all the time. That's how I know. I can pour a little oil into a cast iron pan and put it in the oven to warm up while I take my bra off and change out of my work uniform.

Some of these replies are unhinged I tell you. I got people talking about it taking at least an hour to cook that many hot wings, like you can't just toss them in a cast iron skillet with some used vegetable oil and get the whole deal taken care of in 10 minutes.
