Paweł Stadnicki @pstadnicki.bsky.social · 17/07/2025In Poland, the trial period is typically 3 months terminated with a full calendar month's notice (30–60 days). While this can vary, a 3-month trial with full-month notice is almost prevalent even for contracts. If things don’t work out, the usual outcome is a mutual agreement to part ways. 120

Paweł Stadnicki @pstadnicki.bsky.social · 03/12/2024I know that discussion, and that's exactly what I'm referring to :) Interviews are mostly about stuff you will NOT do in practice (based on my experience) 010
Paweł Stadnicki @pstadnicki.bsky.social · 03/12/2024And of course, it's better if you immediately know the exact replacement for fold before using it, but that takes practice—or the luck of not being influenced by prevalent object-oriented habits (or talent) 000
Paweł Stadnicki @pstadnicki.bsky.social · 03/12/2024Fold is great for exploratory analyses until we determine what we want to do with the data (explanatory). It's also a common topic in interview questions (along with the famous 'rebase'). 220
Paweł Stadnicki @pstadnicki.bsky.social · 03/12/2024You can't call yourself a C# developer until you solely use bare map (Select) and filter (Where). By using fold, you're safe—you'll never pass any C# interview. 020
