Thanks! We haven’t tried it on scATAC-seq data yet, but I don’t see any fundamental reason why it wouldn’t work. E.g. ATAC-derived gene activity scores often correlate reasonably well with gene expression, so the same conceptual framework should be applicable. Let us know if you end up trying it!
