Took me 287 orbs for Shea but we got there... Sothis's true form.

Let's ignore her for years then kill her off in a poor attempt at making a tragic scene. The only tragedy taking place here is in the writer's room. Blatant disrespect for their own characters tbh.

No one's ever done it like Magilou tbh

Cus like...there's the alt hell alternative where the only version of a character you can have in FEH can have a completely different vibe to their normal version and you'll just be stuck with that forever.

Psi @psiyoshi.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

At first I was like "this is kind of a half-assed alt lol it's practically identical to his regular outfit" but on second thought I think that's intentional and IS is being somewhat merciful. There's no plans for a New Heroes Janaff release; so the outfit being low-key helps his alt-hell status.

Also actually gigantic that Shea of all characters actually did make it in on Shadows OC debut in FEH??? Very happy about that. I'd have to pull her anyway for Duo Sothis but the fact that I wanted her makes it even better.

I really just shouldn't read r/fireemblem threads but there's this guy who's been a pretentious asshole for years who has and continues to call Engage a "cynical" game. The irony of course being you'd have to be an exceptionally cynical person to call a game as passionate as Engage "cynical".

I love my cheesy 2000s romcom <3 I love how stupidly dorky this scene is but it's Ryuuji so you know it's really coming from the heart and that makes it very cute (but no less dorky).

People say Nydine is bad but fwiw mine has been excelling as an Ovate on Hard mode. Great spell list and she also gets a miniature rescue for bonus utility.

Sketch for Sunday 🙏

A sketch of Gallica from the new game, Metaphor Re:Fantazio. She's a fairy, wearing a yellow leotard with a blue floral pattern at the bottom. She has four long and light wings, coloured in a stained glass style, though only three are visible. She has short, ginger hair and a metallic headband that runs across the top of her head from ear to ear. Oh, her ears are pointy, too! She has a happy expression, is tilting her head toward the viewer, and giving a peace sign with her right hand.

I'm ngl I did this again last night, rewatched the Bento OVA. It's the only non-committal piece of Toradora available! Sincerely good OVA though lol, no matter how many times I watch it I have a great time.

And while not the tweet I set out to make, *this* screenshot I got on the way is possibly even better. Can't help but laugh looking at it.

Etie is looking directly ahead, a bewildered and somewhat pathetic looking expression on her face. The textbox reads simply: "Huh?"

If I didn't know any better I'd say she's breaking the fourth wall here. Now there's a sentence for your favourite video game blorbo to say lmao. Real of you, Etie.

Screenshot of Etie's C support with Alear from Fire Emblem Engage. She's looking directly ahead and saying "If starting at me lifts your mood, go a head and stare all you want".

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETIE!!! One of my all-time favourite characters. We love a super-toned noble-lady archer with a bow that wiggles like cat ears. Etie was also my first exposure to Trina Nishimura. I don't think I've given her her dues before for Etie, but she absolutely nails the character.

fwiw my strategy against the armour knights was "ignore them" lol. I just barrelled down the side of the map towards the escape route. The whole middle was left untouched (Theodora actually warned against going in the middle iirc) It was *annoying*, but relatively easy in my experience.

Wait the last 2 maps??? The Chapter 6 maps? Those were literally the only 2 maps I thought weren't super challenging 😭 Every other chapter in Part 2 required me to play super safe for 90-120 minutes but those maps I could play fairly normal and aggressively. Wonder what happened there...

New rule: You are not allowed to ask for Maddening mode in Fortune's Weave until you've played Part 2 on Hard. I know the FE community so I know there'll still be some crazies who'll ask for it after that and that's fine but I'm willing to bet you most asking for Maddening haven't done Part 2 yet.
