The Langley I know is the town you pass through if you’re bypassing Vancouver and headed straight for the ferries at Tsawwassen. And it’s not a generational thing; I’ve got the new Baby Queen and Fredz albums on repeat. It’s a, “Why would I follow pop culture from the USA, right now?” thing. 🇨🇦

FWIW, it seems that neither map shows “Lake America” outside of the USA. I’m from Canada, and currently visiting the UK. Apple Maps and Google Maps apps both label it Lake Ontario.
