We had a wonderful celebration yesterday to mark the end of the 2026 University of Liverpool Prosper cohort. Cohort members reflected on their six-month journey, celebrated their achievements, and identified actions to support their ongoing career development. Many thanks to all who attended!

When attendees were asked what stops them speaking up in meetings, one key theme emerged: fear — fear of looking uninformed, being misunderstood or shut down. These insights reinforce just how important psychological safety is. A big thanks to Paula and the team for supporting the session.
