In CKD, “high risk” is not just one kidney function number. Two patients can have the same eGFR but very different outlooks depending on albuminuria, blood pressure, diabetes, biomarkers, genetics, and disease history. Better risk prediction means better timing and care. #CKD #PICKEDproject
