Pro-Housing Pittsburgh applauds today's decision by City Council to allow transit-oriented development to move forward at the former Donny's Place site in Polish Hill.

Historic nominations should never occur without the consent of the property owner. We urge Council to forbid such nominations from ever occurring in the future.
