JFC🤬! As a prof, the failure of justice starts with Title IX. I went through the grueling process with a student, only for her to be told it wasn’t persistent, yet, so no investigation. Title IX protects predators, they know it. She learned why women stay quiet + the betrayal of not being believed.

If you are rightfully outraged by the #Cornell 7 case, as a prof I can tell you from experience with students that Title IV protects predators (reinforced by DeVos). The white entitled frat boys were not charged for haneous sexual assault because the system is working as designed and they know this!
