Come back, Lucy. Late 1970s, UK children's TV (ITV, I think). The titles where Lucy has no face gave young me quite the creeps.

I mean we have a lot of work to do as could've done much more... But renewables are a decent part of the mix in the UK at the mix. We're not where we should be, but it's not utterly hopeless
