I am looking for writing accountability partners (in law) with feedback loops built in. Standard pomodoro timed session, but followed by a window of time to exchange works and offer feedback on the others' argument, draft revisions, etc. I'll call it my ADHD pom.

Professors Howarth and Merritt are asking the right questions and no court should move forward with the NextGen UBE until we have satisfactory answers. Lest we forget the blunders of 2020 and 2025, "trust us," and "we promise we'll be ready," are simply not enough. www.abajournal.com/web/article/...

Teaching is an honor and a privilege, and a role that comes with a great deal of responsibility and people placing their trust in you. That he somehow thinks that stepping back from "public roles" but doesn't consider teaching as being one of those is absurd.

Sitting in the county title office and I overheard this actual conversation: Stranger 1: Are you here to title a brand new car? Stranger 2: Yes. I accidentally drove my car into a brick wall. Stranger 2: Oh my gosh hun! You should buy pre-owned.

We’re a “self regulating profession,” and yet it seems like this system does everything in its power to protect against being held accountable by *checks notes* the people in this profession.

🚨One of the most terrifying elements of the Trump budget bill is NOT getting enough attention. The Bill will make ICE the biggest policing and incarceration agency in the US. Bigger than the FBI, with more jail space than the Federal Prison Bureau. It’s a budget for a police state.

A night shot of multiple ICE agents masked as always outside a temporary private prison.

The NCBE's role is not to tell law professors what to teach, according to the NCBE. But adaptations will be required. I really hope a lot of doctrinal professors are paying attention.
