if you see pro wrestling as an art, you don't need story at all and will watch banger matches for the sake of it. indy fans also get excited for the matches and not story, if there even is one. aew tells great stories, but the focus is ringtime because it's for fans who love the art not a tv show

One of the things I’ll always be grateful for about AEW is completely rehabbing Tony Schiavone’s image. Newer fans may not realize that he sort of became a meme/joke (wrongly IMO) in the IWC. AEW brought him back and showed that he’s the HOFer he should have always been celebrated as.
