La creazione del 'Consiglio Supremo della Magistratura' da parte del parlamento è stato l'ennesimo guanto di sfida lanciato dal clan Haftar verso Tripoli. Ripropone l'eterno tema delle istituzioni parallele che si ripete costantemente in Libia dal 2014 e che ora interessa anche la magistratura. /5

Manca ogni riferimento alla Corte Suprema di Tripoli, qui erroneamente presentata come semplice 'Corte di Cassazione'. In realtà si tratta dell'organo giudiziario più elevato in Libia, al cui interno vi è una Camera Costituzionale a cui è attribuito il potere di dirimere le relative controversie. /4

Ovviamente non è così e basterebbe dare un'occhiata alle fonti citate nell'articolo per sollevare qualche dubbio. La prima fonte è Address Libya, di base a Bengasi; la seconda è Erem News che, da un semplice controllo, risulta di base negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, storico sponsor di Haftar. /3

Menziona infatti quasi esclusivamente il 'Consiglio Supremo della Magistratura' di Bengasi, le cui recriminazioni a seguito dell'irruzione armata di miliziani nelle 'sue' sedi di Tripoli lo presentano ai lettori come l'organo legittimo e parte offesa dell'intera vicenda. /2
