Strictly speaking that’s the Oxford Dictionary of English (the OED’s confusingly-named little brother, current English only). But the OED proper has that sense dating from 1769. “Literally” as an intensifier predates flushing toilets, the telegraph, and the USA!

...and in fact Google AI agrees, because if you search "Mount Sinai columbine" it chides you for mixing up actual Mount Sinai with the Columbine high school massacre. Which shows that Google haven't put the needed effort in to train the models not to invent information that doesn't exist, still.
Google AI summary for "Mount Sinai columbine", the plant name made up moments ago by, erm, a Google AI summary, claiming that the term is a mixup between Mount Sinai and the Columbine high school massacre

Another datapoint for Google AI summaries being terrible: if you google "aquilegia montsicciana" it confidently asserts its common name is "Mount Sinai columbine". Where does this come from? No idea. It's a rare endemic from the Pyrenees that has no English common name I could find... 1/2
