A very interesting study by Jens Kurreck et al. on the benefits of automating bioink mixing in #bioprinting! 🔎 doi.org/10.36922/ijb... Our #EUfunded project aims to automate the bioprinting of complex hybrid structures & the differentiation of cells.

Two syringes are loaded with a hydrogel and a cell suspension and then connected with a coupler. The bioink mixing process is performed by human operators or automatically by a machine. The mixed bioinks are evaluated and bioprinted.
