Just had the most insane thing happen... was going for nonshiny Latios on Emerald frame 21390, and I hit it 1 frame early and it was RANDOMLY SHINY. I didn't even put my trainer ID/secret ID in to see when the shiny frames were. So... RANDOM SHINY LATIOS IN EMERALD

Anyone got good recs for more *good* fan projects with original stories with a Gen III base like Mariomon??? (and with no AI usage!!!) I am currently eyeing GhostGrey and FRLG.IPS (and currently know not much else about them other than wanting to go in blind)

Too many Types 2 by the same team as Mariomon is one I can recommend. It's pretty fun from what very little I've played of it I also recommend Emerald with Too Many Types, which I played a while ago and had a lot of fun with

Realized on stream last night that an otherwise UNUSED NPC sprite shows up in the audience of the Hyper Rank and Master Rank contests in ONLY Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Upon closer inspection, she appears to be a Team Rocket Grunt from Gold/Silver/Crystal???

Retro gamers, beware of grifters. I swear they're worming their way into retro gaming spaces trying to act like they always ran things and trying to push a narrative that games were better when marginalized people were out of the spotlight playing them.

I see a lot of knuckleheads online get dismissed as bots, but don't forget how easy it is to sign up for new accounts anonymously. If you gotta hide behind a burner account to say something to someone, maybe you shouldn't be saying it at all!!

[ #Pokemon ] Quick drawing I did last night

digital drawing showing the legs of the girl protagonist from pokemon black/white. Her reflection shows her entire body. shes a girl with pale skin and long brown wavey hair put into a ponytail. She is wearing a white tank top, a black sleeveless west on top, ripped denim shorts, black and pink boots and a white and pink cap. Next to her is her pokemon tepig, a little pig. its looking up to her. The reflection also shows skyscrapers towering over her.
