Finally back to finishing StarCraft minis and today was Zeratul! My favorite StarCraft character (RIP). Now if only I could work up the courage to finish my 4 WIP Adepts....It's been over 2 months now.... #starcrafttmg #miniatures #minipainting

Glad it's not just me then, haha

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Ran a couple of demos at my FLGS today for #starcrafttmg. Had several people come out and it was a good time! I only took these 2 photos though, haha. It's always a good time getting to see my painted minis on the table #miniatures

Finished the Zaku today and did a nicer setup for once, haha. First four are normal photos and last is trying to show off the lense, freehand on the chest, and stickers on the shoulder and right of the chest This is my favorite work to date! #gundamassemble #minipainting #miniatures

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

And here's the Zaku 95% done! Got some minor details and cleaning up to do, but really proud of how this project came out. Was super quick too! Also attached the gunpla I used for reference #gundamaseemble #minispainting #miniatures

Got my Gundam Assemble Zaku in today for the painting showcase. Decided to do a desert theme, so covered the holes and added in the rocks today #gundamassemble #miniatures #minipainting

Thank you! I decided I wanted to keep purple as a dominant color, but wanted to do something other than brown...so, blue it was!

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Back to Zerg with 6 more Zerling finished to finally have a full 12 'ling squad done. Hosting a learn-to-play event soon, so trying to get colors on minis! Also need to clear out some minis before the Zaku for the Gundam Assemble showcase arrives #minipainting #miniatures #starcrafttmg

Played a game of Flak Atcana today to test it out. A surprisingly simple, but fun and tactical game! Plus side, the minis have a unique aesthetic and include various fantasy races (no humans at all) with unique spins. Super plus side, the rules are entirely free! #flakarcana #miniatures

Decided to take a break and start on Terran today. Really happy with Raynor so far! I also had a local suggest doing a nice photoshoot of my Protoss, so here are 3 that I liked the best. Used a board I originally made for Bushido and I think it worked #minipainting #starcrafttmg #miniatures

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Been busy building LOTS of minis lately, but finally went back to revisit my Protoss. Wasn't happy with the previous gem technique and decided to do something that felt closer to the energy crystal look. Expect some Zerg, Terran, and Flak Arcana in the near future! #minipainting #starcrafttmg

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 27/08/2026

Now that I got my minis in and several of them built, played a 2k game with a friend. Really enjoyed it and was nice to see all my painted stuff out (the WIP Terran are my friends). Very excited for Wave 2! #miniatures #starcrafttmg

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 09/08/2026

Finished painting Sarah Kerrigan, AKA the Queen of Blades, for #starcrafttmg. Trying to get as much painted as I can before the all-in I ordered arrives, haha. Also a photo of some terrain I forgot to post earlier #miniatures #minipainting

092

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 08/07/2026

Been a while since I did any painting, but I finally finished up the Zerg Queen for #starcrafttmg. Trying to get a fully painted demo set (1k Protoss, 1k Zerg, and terrain) ready before everyone's orders arrive! Photo quality is kind of junk...I've lost my touch #minipainting #miniatures #starcraft

0192

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

Painted another Stalker and 3 more Zealots for #starcrafttmg. Hoping to have 2k painted before everything else arrives! Did make good progress on terrain too, but that seems like photos for next time...what a tease, I know! #miniatures #minipainting

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 27/04/2026

Made some more progress on my #starcrafttmg mini! The Adepts had a LOT more details than the others, so they took longer (also doesn't help they're 4 minis instead of 1 or 3, haha). Still have some cleanup to do, but good enough for now! #miniaturepainting #minis

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

Been a little busy with Adepticon prep, Adepticon, and life. However, I've been invigorated to work on minis after the con! Lots of assembly, but I have been painting Protoss for #starcrafttmg. Was inspired to do better with my painting at the con and really think I did! #miniatures #minipainting

092

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 16/03/2026

Surprise project! Finished a full force for #fullspectrumdominance. This was a pretty fast, but fun project. Hoping to get a game at Adepticon, so painted them up. Might make it a goal to do more FSD this year now....Definitely want to play the solo/coop mode #miniatures #minipainting

091

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 13/03/2026

Finished up my last mini to have a fully painted Pact force for #zeogenesis. At first I wasn't the biggest fan of the color scheme, but few tweaks later, I adore it. The odd colors really accent the non-traditional mech shapes, I feel #miniatures #minipainting

0122

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 08/03/2026

Got to play a game of Warzone with a friend today (and actually remembered to take photos). My Mishima vs. Imperials. Turns out Trenchers are brutal, but snagged the win! #miniatures #warzoneeternal

030

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

Made great progress on one of my 2026 goal today; to finish 2 fully painted forces for Warzone Eternal and Zeo Genesis. Settled on a scheme for my Guardcorp finally and made significant progress on my Cybertronic #miniatures #miniaturepainting #zeogenesis #warzoneeternal

041

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 18/02/2026

Finished up my newest Shinobi finally tonight! Also took a group photo of all my painted Mishima. I had a great idea on how to designate the medic too, so painted white stripes on it. Of course I had the idea AFTER the group photos, haha #warzoneeternal #miniatures #miniaturepainting

061

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 13/02/2026

I always knew Warzone existed, but never got into the IP (although Prodos was tempting....). It's been fun to experience it for the first time and these minis do look great! Really fun game, but I'm also biased towards skirmish games, haha

000

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 12/02/2026

Also, for reference, new Shinobi are the Snaptrayz ones and old are the original siocast. Details are MUCH crisper! No flash too, so big win, haha

000

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 12/02/2026

Still WIP, but really happy with the changes I'm making to my Shinobi and Shadow Walkers for #warzoneeternal. First 2 photos are the new process and the last 1 is the old. They're subtle changes, but sometimes even subtle ones make big impacts! Adepticon here I come #miniatures #miniaturepainting

At Whipple where expired dicks are being thrown at ICE vehicles and those believed to be agitators. The area has been a place of protest since thousands of federal agents arrived in the city. Near Minneapolis February 7, 2026

That's a pretty good idea! I haven't dove too deep into the ZG solo rules, but they could be applied to other systems easily. Which reminds me, I should probably try the rules at some point and not just play against myself, haha

010

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 28/01/2026

There isn't officially, sorry! I just play both sides and don't use the reinforcement bidding rule, which I understand is a big part of the game Agreed though! It's a great game and has some great minis. Truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition

Played a 120 point solo game of #maelstromsedge today! Was an Epirian SecDef force vs. a blended Karist angels and troops list. Karists had it in the bag and won the game by end of round 2. Was nice finally getting to play SecDef though and I have better ideas for the next list! #miniatures

I don’t think people quite understand that the occupation by ICE in the Twin Cities has more or less erased non-white people from public life. They cannot safely exist in any space accessible to the public and moving between private places leaves folks vulnerable to kidnapping by armed masked goons.

Hahaha, no no. I'm no where good enough for that nor do I have the time. Maybe one day in my life, but not now

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 10/01/2026

Found out I'm fully painted for Adepticon (more games than time, sadly), so went back to working on my goals for 2026 Really loving the test scheme I have for the GC. Dr. Diana's are coming out nicely too #warzoneternal #zeogenesis #miniatures #minipainting

Finally getting back into the groove of painting again today. Got a base color on some Guardcorp for Zeo Genesis and was fiddling around with different techniques to paint my Cybertronic for Warzone Eternal. Both my big projects for 2026 (besides terrain)! #miniatures #miniaturepainting

030

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 06/12/2025

Finished a few more minis for #zeogenesis and included a group photo! That wraps up another game for Adepticon, so just a few more things and I'll (hopefully) be ready. 2026 goal is to paint terrain and have 2 fully painted forces for Zeo Genesis and Warzone Eternal #miniatures #miniaturepainting

0121

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

Got an Amaroq painted up for #zeogenesis now! Even got a family photo with all my Pact. Just need to paint some structures and I might have my Adepticon list done. Wild seeing only 4 models for a standard game (granted one is a giant mech) #miniatures #miniaturepainting

051

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 02/11/2025

Finished my first Zeo for #zeogenesis and did some more basecoats for Halo Flashpoint! Definitely feeling good about Adepticon prep at this point. Looks like I should be on track to get everything done #miniaturepainting #miniatures

070

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 26/10/2025

Finished my 2nd Zeo Genesis model; the Riyad. Tried a different purple and like it a lot better, so touched up the Skerpskutter too. Getting closer and closer to meeting my Adepticon goals! Just more ZG, Halo, Freeblades, more Warzone, and some Marcher left.... #miniatures #miniaturepainting

071

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 22/10/2025

Hahahaha, yeah. The fact the mech/Zeo has that little poker and blade cracks me up. It looks so goofy (like, 'hey, buddy, do you like my knife? Got it from a local pawn shop. They swear it's real damascus steel!'), but you know it'll still hurt. That poker will be deadly too

010

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 22/10/2025

Did some more painting on #zeogenesis today and some work on #maelstromsedge today! Really loving the Zeos with the color scheme! Those Kaigus Pact minis are so cool and fun to build! I did more converting to create an Alpha in the second photo. Minor, but I like it #miniatures #miniaturepainting

150

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 20/10/2025

Finished up this ##zeogenesis Pact Skerpskutter finally! The bases have lots of textures and was a little worried about what colors, etc. Turns out it only took me 15 minutes and I even got the front arc done too! More I look at this paint scheme, more I love it #miniatures #miniaturepainting

051

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 15/10/2025

It's WIP Wednesday and I finally remembered! Got some more Zeo Genesis stuff this time. Unfortunately didn't snag photos of the Marcher stuff I was basing nor the Maelstrom's Edge stuff I built....Maybe soon I'll share those too! #miniatures #zeogenesis

091

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 10/10/2025

Not the most glamorous photo, but I really love these new Kaigus Pact minis from @maelstromsedge.bsky.social and wanted to show them off! They're so creepy, but cool. Can't wait to build the rest of the group. Also these 2 are the same mini, did slight conversion work #miniatures #maelstromsedge

093

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

I think this is probably one of the best talks about the whole situation. A long one, but really good and worth it

010

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

That's unfortunately what I thought the answer would be. Tech companies will just keep being tech companies, I guess. Shame about Mastodon. Was hoping it'd be better....

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

Seems like a good reason to leave to me (on top of her push for LM). Any good suggestions?

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 27/09/2025

Played a game of Zeo Genesis today by Best Hobby and honestly really impressed with it! Really lives up to the 'dynamic' and 'kinetic' gameplay it advertises. Also can see some teases of my WIP Amaroq #zeogenesis #miniatures

050

Pride Minis @prideminis.bsky.social · 21/09/2025

Been working on this test scheme for Zeo Genesis. Kind of hated it at first, but now I kind of like it. Very unlike other schemes I paint! Guess that adds one more game I need to paint for Adepticon too, haha #zeogenesis #miniatures #miniaturepainting
