Due to my father’s insistence on eating raw cabbage every day and only eating cooked cabbage on St. Paddy’s day, I have only very recently discovered that I fucking love cabbage? I would eat it (cooked) every day. It’s got great texture and soaks up flavor. I didn’t mind it before but now I crave!
