I wish I could say I feel vindicated by this long-awaited study, but I'm just... exhausted. I take no joy in sharing covid info. This shit's horrifying at every turn. But disabled people have to care doubly because the world doesn't care at all. The past 5 years feel like 20.

The left has an ableism problem. The right obviously does too. They’re loudly bigoted & closed-minded. My focus is on the people who claim to be inclusive, progressive and willing to learn, grow and adapt to new information. Where are leftists when disabled people need them?

Doctors are not gods. There are plenty of doctors without egos and scientists who have been studying covid for over half a decade. They’re doing the thankless work of recording the far-reaching effects and distributing the info. In this individualistic hellscape, I’m listening to them.

It’s Disability Pride Month! Many of you have been disabled by one or multiple covid infections and don’t know it yet. Many others are aware, though, and have been sounding the alarm for years. Stop disabling your communities by breathing all over everyone. WEAR A MASK!

Tens of millions of kids with long covid. They didn’t ask for this shit. We’re failing them every day. Forcible infections are straight from the eugenicist’s playbook. When they grow up, they’re gonna rightfully demand answers. I’ll be firmly planted in their corner.

Covid ages the brain 10x faster than natural aging. If you proclaim to be progressive and inclusive, you should be on the front lines of sharing info about an ongoing mass disabling event. Here I cover some of covid’s effects, the Semmelweis Reflex, and how to start caring.

If me sharing studies on the dangers of covid scares you bc you’ve been ignoring it for years… is that fearmongering? Or are you just going thru a personal reckoning and trying to make it my problem? I’m sharing info that our leaders should be sharing. Take it up with them.

Covid ages the brain 10 times faster than natural aging. That’s per infection btw. It affects everything from spatial awareness to problem solving. We’re experiencing continuous neurological damage on a global scale. It’s no wonder people are using GenAI to think for them.

want to work up your protest resilience? start by wearing a respirator (kn95, kf94, n95+) in your daily life, at the very least in public indoor spaces. fascists love spreading disease— it does their dirty work for them— so prevent it, & maintain your & your communities health in the process.

In 5 years, long covid has surpassed asthma as the most common chronic illness among children in the US. The only way to avoid long covid is to avoid catching covid. Masks lower your instance of illness. These are facts. Cognitive dissonance & denial are kicking people’s ass.
