Hasty doodle of one of the sillier deaths in C:U with my friends. they got bonked down once, then bonked again tryna get out #casualtiesunknown

Two expies stand on separate ends of a gap, the more well geared one tells the other "careful with this jump". on the ceiling a "devious stalactite" sits ready to hit the other in to the "Evil nook of death and despair". three seconds later they're dead getting bonked by the same stalactite sitting butt first in a cartoony radioactive barrel

Ough i've been hopelessly hyperfixated on Casualties: Unknown for like a year now for reasons i cannot explain, but also refuse to elaborate on and seriously need an outlet for the things it, and the setting make me feel

My Samus redesign with the Giger slider cranked waaay up.

Closeup of Samus in her Zero Suit which is fused to her skin.

Samus with her Varia Suit, Zero Suit, and transparent Varia Suit to showcase details of how it fits her. Also yes she has a missing hand because I think that both fits into a cannon better and is just cooler.

A bit ago I played Metroid Prime 4, and became tired of seeing people not draw Samus monster-y enough for someone with 3 unethical gene splices and radiation poisoning, so I commissioned @reddragonraz.bsky.social to properly mix Chozo, Metroid, Symbiote, Phazon, and any weird psychic shit together.

weird people fall in love with each other all the time

1st panel: A dismal, awkwardly warmly lit hotel / convention center panel room like what you would see in the 90s or 2000s. A pink rabbit fursuiter holding a build-a-bear wolf, having waited in the corner, waves to an approaching blueberry wolf fursuiter. They both call out their usernames, "Blueberry Bella" and "KidfurKiki87"

2nd panel: Out of suit, the two are cuddled together on the couch in quilts and blankets. The build-a-bear wolf is resting against the build-a-bear bunny. Bella is holding Kiki, their fursuit heads on the dresser in the background. Behind the fursuit head, a "Days until Kiki's home: 0!" Lanyards of past conventions and their years are on a corkboard.

---

Original art piece idea by @mIdrux on Twitter, but I and others were disappointed they drew it with mean-spirited intentions.. even calling the kidfur character a "diddyblud" (yes. verbatim) and getting wrapped up in "proship discourse." I thought the message was too human to let it be diluted + overshadowed by typical online whataboutisms and wanted to redo + reclaim it with more touches of the furry fandom, esp being a furry myself. It's love. For some, the love of your life is in the corner of a boring furcon panel room -- even if they don't have the same "interests," it's care that bridges the gap.

PIE! finally got down and made those blueberry pies i wanted to do. the dough gave me trouble, but worked out. even had some spare to make cinamon roll cookies. they all ended up fantastic ...though i still have a lot of blueberries left to punish

4 raw, unbaked blueberry pies and 7 also raw cinammon rolls in their tray

a pink plate holding the resulting finished pastries, they all looked toasted an browned and fairly appetizing

A few weeks ago, i finally used the blueberries for somethin. made Cinnamon blueberry muffins which ended up a little too sweet, but pretty good! e̶v̶e̶n̶ i̶f̶ i̶ r̶e̶a̶l̶i̶z̶e̶d̶ i̶ d̶i̶d̶n̶'t̶ h̶a̶v̶e̶ a̶ m̶u̶f̶f̶i̶n̶ p̶a̶n̶ h̶a̶l̶f̶ w̶a̶y̶ t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶. Ended up using small pie molds shared em with friends after a test too!

i should prolly post the thing that's gotten me on a baking streak. last year i made some parmesan and herb bread buns after an online friend suggested i should try baking bread. Used them for hand made turkey burgers that ended up fantastic

another angle of hand made turkey burgers un the parmesan herb bread buns along with potato cheese, bbq sauce, avocado mayo, spinach and turkey bacon

turns out store bought mixes don't give out much, but still, spiced it up with wallnuts, vanilla, choc chips and a bit of coffee the ended up great, even if more like cookies than brownies since i used way too big of a mold

thin walnut covered brownies, they look more fitting as big chocolate cookies
