Breakfast burrito pro tip: if using say Spam or Pork Roll (Taylor's Ham Version), cut it into small dice and once browned pour your eggs on top. If you keep them separated the meat flavor is a little lost in the sauce, together every bite has All The Flavors.

We've left Reykjavík so the 🌭 density has dropped but Big Sky is 📈

Transit in Iceland/Reykjavík: the people's limousine could use faster headways but is very easy to navigate. There are many bike paths throughout the city but they like to do the disappearing act in more built up areas and the transitions are ROUGH. Drivers are far less terrifying than the US 👍
