Fitting that Jan. 7 marks the hypocrisy of #MAGA in their licking of #ICE's boots after today's shooting in #Minneapolis:

Kamala lost the popular vote by 2,284,967 votes. More than 7,000,000 people are on a #SAVE #studentloan plan. Feels like if the @democrats.org took #studentdebt even a modicum of seriously, we might not be in this mess.

I say this for no particular reason, but the U.S. Copyright just released a two-year study concluding AI generated proceeds are NOT entitled to copyright protection. Which means EVERYBODY can use Tilly without having to pay or get the consent of the company that owns the software that generated it.

There was no problem in Los Angeles. There were people downtown (a tiny area) protesting cruelty. Trump sent troops in to pick a fight. Because he needs a Reichstag fire.

To alllll the folks out there who are like "more people were deported under Obama," I'm like "so what you're saying is Obama did it better (since nobody felt the need to protest) and more efficiently?" It's not ICE's mission being protested. It's the manner in which they go about completing it.

I appreciate the sentiment. However, since 1978, the Copyright Act has expressly protected as fair use the unauthorized copying or use of another's works for purposes of teaching and research. I don't think the WGA presents a winning argument on that basis.

Watching #Andor and figured out WHY it feels like it has #StarWars back on track: what makes evil EVIL, rather than just oppressive, is its banality. It uses the board room instead of space battles to show us the clutch of the Empire. It's the Wansee of it that makes them monsters.

Blitzscaling is essentially based on two principles: 1. Once you grab enough market share, people will forgive anything due to perceived dependency, so grab it ASAP. 2. Changing your cost items into perceived growth measurements fools investors into giving you their money.
