011

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Wing ding gaster the Italian green pirate

010

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

If gaster ends up being a nothing burger after a decade of buildup and every mention or hint towards him being completely played seriously with nothing jokey I would be so upset tbh

Front Mission 2's window color configuration menu is still the most romantic thing i've ever seen in a video game

Last time I was at the store with my parents, we were looking at novelty socks and my mom picked these up and said quietly, "Undertale?"

Fuck at least let him do Gadobadorrer since its the Megalovania inspo

000

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 10/06/2026

Ive been saying this. Imagine Toby making even a single track for a Brandish remake

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

As long as you experience peak at some point

010

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 24/05/2026

Make new original content that doesn't rely on pandering to decades old movies and it will probably be easier to get into. Star wars has so much potential to just make up cool stuff just do it and don't listen to the chuds that will get mad about it.

The issue is this is so weird for street fighter standards that it will be talked about so much its impossible to fully ignore

000

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Also also Alex and Patricia have never ever had a romantic hint in their over 20 years of existence its there for no reason

010

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Also Joshua didn't know Estelle since she was a literal infant and spend basically his entire life with her and then go hmm gotta marry her

110

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Well one I've always hated that aspect of their relationship (I really just like Estelle more than anything) and two AT LEAST THEY ARENT BLOOD RELATED FUCK

As an alex lover forever its killed my hope and spirit

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Im taking the same approach lmao

000

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

LITERALLY in the same sentence they say he is Alex's mom's cousin like actually before the friend part in the same sentence

111

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 16/03/2026

I can't say I'm surprised. Capcom has been working with SNK a shit load recently and of course they will be all in on 100 Evos. This won't change much other than feeling even more icky trying to enjoy modern fighting games.

022

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 26/02/2026

Fighting games have gotten the big-guy wrestler down. Now we need a modern Luchador rep that isn't as stereotypical as el fuerte was lmao

010

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 16/01/2026

I always saw it as Toby trying to make the start of the first actual gameplay section feel that much more special. Thats also why I think it got a title card when no other song in the game does. Either that or Toby really wanted to make everyone soyjack point at the screen lmao.

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 08/01/2026

Thinking about how Berdly Deltarune's rejected theme is literally just a main motif from Trails in the Sky

010

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 08/01/2026

Something about how the main villains powers work but its pretty clear the reality is the writers just gave up trying

000

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 08/01/2026

Writing so bad they coped themselves into thinking it was bad on purpose and that the "real" well-written ending was going to come out later

one of the enduring strengths of njpw to me is that their characters are so charming, the promise of interesting character interactions is enough to paper over a loooot of booking or narrative problems for me

God I love tanahashi so much

000

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 19/12/2025

My favorite thing was star wars fans trying to wrap their heads around the "logic" of a character having a sheath for a lightsaber and not just realizing it looks dope.

120

poopbutt @poopbuttowski.bsky.social · 18/12/2025

Remember when star wars visions was the coolest thing to come out of that franchise in years and people were mad at it for the dumbest reasons

I choose to believe games like this don't exist until I see them release. This will mean it won't hurt when they inevitably gets canceled.

I don't think gear decision-making needs to be more complicated than something like "this piece of gear gives me more attack than defense and this piece is the opposite hmm which to choose"
