Man muss US Big Tech als Gegner der Demokratien Europas, zumindest aber im Zweifelsfall als völlig unzuverlässige Dienstleister betrachten. Daher: Nichts, was Brüssel bislang zur digitalen Souveränität unternahm, ist auch nur annähernd ausreichend, um die Verwundbarkeit signifikant zu reduzieren.
