my take on the punk witch prompt from @sketchy.lis's OC-tober list on instagram (wdym we're almost in may?) have some of the 474195772 tries on her hair and the original concept sketches as a treat #SketchyMonsters2025 #art #procreate #digitalart

A drawing of a witch wearing punk-inspired clothes. She has dark skin and medium lenght brown hair with blonde tips, worn in a half-up half-down hairdo with two ponytails. She's wearing a mesh and black tank top combo, baggy greyish jeans and big shoes with studs on them. She wears her witch hat on her hips and is holding a pair of green headphones by her neck. She's wearing a bunch of chains and stud jewelry all over.

The same drawing but with two different hairdos. The first one has 3 braids on each sides of her head with curly bangs covering her left eye. The second one has her hair in a spiky hairdo reminiscent of classic punk hair.

The same drawing as the spiky hairdo, but with only flat colors and another one with only the sketch layer.

The original sketches of the drawing. There is three figures, all sharing the spiky hairdo. The first one is wearing a mesh and tank top combo with a flared skirt and knee high studed boots with buckles. On her right leg she has a thigh high sock with holes in it, and on her left leg a knee-high mesh sock. The second figure has a big biker jacket and a tight mini dress on. The dress has a slit on the thigh and three buckles on the hip. She also has the same boots and socks as the first one. The third one has the same clothes as the final concept, but has a broom-guitar at her side with an ugly raven sitting on it. She's also holding a wand in one hand and a spellbook in the other.

lil alien girl from #svvdtiys on insta 👽 props to @/eiririnn for the tutorial on how to make jeans, i owe you my sanity #art

A drawing of a green alien girl standing. In her right hand she is holding a tiny flying saucer and in her left hand she is holding a tiny grey alien that she took out of the flying saucer. She's looking at the tiny alien with a doubtful look. She has dark blue-green hair, black eyes, little antennas on the top of her head and she's wearing a black crop top, pink panties and black socks.

The same drawing of the alien girl, but with blue jeans and pink shoes on.

A close-up of the same drawing. Its focus is on the little grey alien and how the green alien girl is looking at it.

The linework without colors of the same drawing.

Part one of my 18-page Kuina comic that I've been sitting on for several months! I hope you look forward to updates! 1/9

A two paneled comic page.

1. Half open eyes gaze down, unfocused in an expanse of blue.

2. A full body of Shimotsuki Kuina, who is sitting on the ground. She is wearing white robes and is surrounded by light blue wisps.

A six paneled comic page.

1 + 2. Kuina is glancing around the empty space she is in, seeming confused and mumbles, "where?" to herself.

3. A close-up of an unknown individual inhaling from a pipe. Only the lower half of their face is showing.

4. We now see that the unknown person, an older woman dressed in a kendo uniform and haori, stands behind Kuina, looking off to the side as she speaks.

Unknown: "Awfully young...Amongst my ilk, it's considered rather bad luck to lose a wielder so soon, you know..."

5. Kuina internally remarks, "That energy!" as she turns her head around to look at the woman behind her.

6. A close up of the woman, still smoking on her pipe as she looks at Kuina.

Kuina: "You're..."

This is why I don't like AI use for ANY reason, even if it's just to dunk on AI. Any use takes up resources and energy that could be better used doing literally anything else. Any "good potential use" for AI is annihilated by how much energy it takes to make it. Throw it in the trash, it's no good!

if Thunberg is brave enough to repeatedly put herself directly in harm’s way, then journalists can be brave enough to say that a civilian vessel was illegally seized in international waters, and its crew abducted

Happy Pride to all my fellow queers, those in and out of the closet, those who know exactly who they are and those who are still figuring it out, and at this time especially to all of the trans people among us and those living in places that are becoming more and more hostile. Let's fight together.

better late than never! bonus sketch/lineart bc i always like this stage the best #starterpacknoai

A drawing for the starter pack no ai trend. The packaging is a periwinkle colored rectangle with text in the top left corner that reads "comes with a magnetic mask" in the top right corner "starter pack no ai pommppi edition" and down by the middle "25+ brain not included, comes with randomized skills". The doll has brown hair with lighter streaks, white skin, a black shirt and light blue jean shorts with red converse. They are smirking and looking to the left. On the right are their dedicated items that are a white spiderman mask with the bottom of the face visible, periwinkle around the eyes and 4 sunflower yellow dots above and below the corners of the eyes. There is also a black sketchbook with stickers on it, a bubblegum colored bullet journal with a pen, white headphones, a ukulele, an ipad with a purple cover that has stickers on it, an apple pen and a pencil, a white computer mouse, a black game controller and a white keyboard.

The same drawing as the other, but it's only the lineart with no color.

Fred Rodgers on the importance of making something even if other people don't think it's good had me crying this morning. Passing it along for anyone else that might need it.

Posting this again because a lot of people said they found it helpful! Guide to ALT text: www.perkins.org/resource/how...

ALT text copied and pasted from the linked website: An infographic titled “How To Write Alt Text” featuring a photo of a capybara. Parts of alt text are divided by color, including identify who, expression, description, colour, and interesting features. The finished description reads “A capybara looking relaxed in a hot spa. Yellow yuzu fruits are floating in the water, and one is balanced on the top of the capybara’s head.”
