Still patiently waiting to be "left behind" by AI rather than it chasing me across every damn space like a slasher in a low budget flick.

I still don't have a bookshelf with a rolling ladder, so no, I'm afraid your email did not "find me well."

Whimsy No.3 done, dusted, dropped off. Feels like each submission I improve a little bit. What I wouldn't give for an extra ~200 words though 😅 Picked a different colour this time! 😛 @whimsyfiction.bsky.social #CreativeWriting #FlashFiction #Whimsical

I'm in! I dithered over a title for far too long. Hope you enjoy it #TheBoobyPrize - Thank you @jackalpants.bsky.social and some of the lovely @midnightwriters.bsky.social for the beta reads 🙂 Now, back to polishing the @whimsyfiction.bsky.social!

A successful submission page from a Google Form saying "The Booby Prize - Thank you for entering the August/September 2026 Booby Prize for Flash Fiction. We have your entry. Good luck!". It is accompanied by an illustrated Blue Footed Booby holding a pencil, quill and trophy. Artist: SPARTAC CEBANU

My story "There is a City of Rats Under Your Deck" is in @folklorereview.bsky.social. The issue is live. And full of creepy beautiful entanglements. www.folklorereview.com/mico-series-...

STUPID goals! Love it! Thanks @protospielo.bsky.social for including this in their latest newsletter. Credit in the image and origin link from @tiandris.bsky.social in the alttext. ✂️🎲

A lot of text outlining STUPID goals- small, temporary, uncertain, purposeful, interesting, disposable- with additional explanation of each that is too much to alttext. Recommend going to https://www.pinkhawkgames.com/post/stupid-goals
