Baffling. Shoppers are buying their normal fluff at the local grocery. No one is buying eggs of course, but aside from that, I haven't seen any panic buying (or thoughtful foresight). When tp went on sale last week, only 1 other woman was stocking up. We looked at each other and nodded knowingly.
