A move to establish an efficiency unit in Tas has been likened to DOGE/Elon Musk's role in the U.S. The govt won't respond directly to that claim but rejects it's a slash and burn exercise. It's not clear who'll be exempt beyond Hydro. Any opposition is being framed as a scare campaign. #politas
