I worked with leaders on both sides of the river as Secretary of Transportation to help get funding for the Brent Spence Bridge Project across the finish line. For about 20 years, people only talked about making something happen - now, we actually are.

When he enters that race he will address *all* the issues. Now his focus is on the midterms and getting announced Democratic candidates over the line to insure majorities in both the house & senate.

Still waiting for evidence that Buttigieg was on AIPACs payroll. So far, you’ve produced zilch. I’m thinking you’re not very good at this. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes, I read it and Buttigieg was mentioned only once. Steve Zelin made no contribution to the Buttigieg campaign in 2019-20. Buttigieg ended his campaign in March, 2020. Here is the FEC report of Zelin’s contributions during that time period. What’s your point?

Here is a Forbes list of billionaires that contributed to Buttigieg’s campaign. Note that the three you listed are not in that list. Nor do they appear to have contributed to his campaign on the Open Secrets website. Please provide proof of your assertion of “hundreds of thousands of dollars”.

It *is* difficult to read the source you provided since it has continually timed out. Plus, it looks as if the link you included is for the 2024 campaign. Buttigieg ended his campaign in March, 2020. He was serving as USDOT Secretary in 2024.

Thank you for replying. There’s issues that Buttigieg can be criticized on by those who disagree, but out right lies on *any* potential candidate need to be called out and stopped. Again…thank you for speaking up.

Buttigieg did not take donations from PACs during his 2020 campaign. That fact has been stated on numerous occasions, but extreme leftists & DSA members refuse to believe. I have personally sent this information on multiple posts. They continue to lie their hatred is delusional.

There is no guarantee that a governor or legislator has more foreign policy experience than mayors. Mayors, in fact, have more direct economic policy experience since they have to prepare and work within a balanced budget every year and answer directly to constituents every day in the community.

The question we will all face when we walk into the voting booth is how much those bigots will influence our choices? Will we vote for the candidate… ❇️ we think can pull us out of this quagmire OR ❇️ we *think* bigots will vote for I will not bow to bigots. It’s really that simple.

Stop tying yourself in knots. The Democrats welcome DEI candidates with open arms, but there will always be something that bigots don’t like. Female - AOC, Harris, Whitmer Black - Moore, Booker, Warnock Jewish - Ossoff, Pritzker, Shapiro Gay - Buttigieg Too Short - Kelly, Raskin, Buttigieg, Shapiro

Pete Buttigieg addressed this issue when attacked by Elizabeth Warren on the debate stage. The candidate who went on to take 14 MILLION dollars from a PAC funded by a wealthy person when her funds dried up toward the end of her campaign.

200,000 from who?

PolReader @polreader.bsky.social · 27/09/2026
You realize that many grassroots supporters ended up donating the max over the total of monthly donations so it’s not a stretch that thousands & thousands donated that much. It’s ridiculous to assume that a $2800 donation would come with special favors unless you’re trying to spin a tale.
110
PolReader @polreader.bsky.social · 27/09/2026
I realize you’re trying to make a point that Buttigieg is *bought* but if you look at the list of billionaires who donated none of them gave more than the maximum allowable amount…$2800 for the primary election & $2800 for the general. Forbes tracked them. archive.ph/2025.07.29-0...

Buttigieg did not accept money from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee…because they did not contribute to campaigns until 2022. He ended his campaign in March, 2020. *Individuals* associated with AIPAC, such as employees, were reported as donating the amount of… $50. ZERO from the org.

Money cannot flow from another country to a candidate’s campaign. It’s against the law. Individuals who supported Pro-Israel groups in 2019-20 made those donations. I realize that’s a difficult concept for some to grasp since they have previously been convinced otherwise. 1/2

We have Americans who have supported the people of Israel for decades and contribute to Pro-Israel lobby groups. They also contribute to political candidates, but would never condone what Netanyahu is doing. That’s the people @trackaipac.com report.

I see a difference between the govt. administration of Israel & the people who live there. Just like I’d hope most of our international allies can see a difference between citizens of the US who don’t support our admin & those who do. Call it what you want. Some leaders make horrendous decisions.
