This is not a drill 🥺🍑 look at my masterpiece. Lyz-Abel is brilliant. My butt/hips/lower back is finished!!! 🪡🖤 All handpoked. I cannot wait to add to the back of my thighs and finish my upper back too. Every moment sitting was incredible and life changing. I feel so full of love & inspiration 💕

Big frilly fern from my flash! Drawn in graphite. The drawing is mounted with copper colored washi tape onto paper and it rests on my black faux leather massage table with real sprawling cebu blue plant vines resting on top of the drawing.

Bloody inky paper towels on my set up. That's my blood! Woah. My steel tray is wrapped in plastic film and also has a lavender colored dental bib on top. The white paper towels have ink and blood and plasma splotches all over from touching up my chest tattoo. I bled a bit more than I usually do. Who knows, probably caffeine of medication related. Chest is healing well now :) I chose hot pink for the wrap on my handpoke tools the other day because it made me happy. Dopamine activate!!! The pain of tattooing myself this time wasn't as bad as the healing discomfort. Also my wrists hurt worse than the actual tattooing, due to tattooing in a mirror and having to use my own hands to stretch the skin and get the correct angle to tattoo with the needle. Bet you didn't know my chest tattoo was done by me! Initially like, 4 years ago? I'll have to double check the date

Each species more grotesquely beautiful than the last... totally forgot about the parasitic nature of the male anglerfishes too. Obsessed. The drawing is posed near a bunch of other rose studies I created this flash drop using reference pictures I took from a rose garden when I went to Ashland OR a few years back in the spring to see plays at the Oregon shakespear festival. The city was stunning and covered in gardens and rose bushes. I couldn't help taking dozens of reference photos to work from. So glad I finally got to revisit those photographs. The drawing is mounted with pink washi tape. It rests on my wooden kitchen table next to a ceramic hand that I use to store rings but pictured here without any rings.
