Mahoronpa: A Magical Girl x Danganronpa Zine @mahoronpazine.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

💞 GUEST SPOTLIGHT 💞 Time for our guest merch artist, meet Poketrio. Their bold use of lining and unique style will create such striking digital merch!

Poketrio - Merch Artist

About: I'm Poketrio, and I love getting to indulge in making art for this franchise whenever I can! Although I'm more of an OC/ multifandom artist nowadays, DR holds a special place in my heart to this day.

Favourite Magical Girl Series: PPPIDWBAMG (Pretty Please I dont wanna be a Magical Girl) is one I adore for its subversion of the trope, but Madoka Magica is also one I've actually wanted to delve into as well!

1/2 #pridemonth Shaymin!! Did something like this years ago, and figured now that I know how to better draw this #Pokemon, why not revisit the idea?

Far ways from #Pokemon day anymore, but I made icons of my #ocs with their signature Pokemon! #nelsongomi, #kyogiplatinum, #junotsuda, and #loransmith respectively with #bunnelby, #kricketune, #snorlax, and #mawile!

#MalValentina expresses her frustrations with a certain #danganronpa meme. #LoranSmith fact checks her on that. - #ocs #comic #originalcharacter

A redraw I’ve had in mind for a while based on the #pokemon sun and moon anime.. idk how #Shaymin would react to my shrine lmao

More things I made for the Danganronpa Ouji Zine- Redesign! Thrills, Chills, Frills! I made emotes as part of my merch role for the project. I'll upload them in three batches because of the four image limit! First two are of my OG fav; Ishimaru/Ishida! #kiyotakaishimaru #kiyondoishida #drthh

One of the pieces I made for the DROujiZine! I had the great opportunity to illustrate for ToxicPinapple’s fic; The Ultimate Yakuza’s New Assemble! It centers Fuyuhiko going to Kaito for a favor… What favor? Idk, do I look like I have media literacy? #danganronpa #kaitomomota #fuyuhikokuzuryuu

#gaypride and #acepride with #kyogiplatinum and #nelsongomi! I'm definitely gonna remake Kyogi's because I genuinely forgot the green-blue gay flag existed in the small moments coloring this one TToTT #pridemonth #asexual #asexualpride #oc #ocs #chibi

Man... #fnfsillybilly was really a year ago? I had to draw something for this love letter of a mod, since I never got to when it first came out! The origins of this mod always moves me, it's truly heartwarming. #sillybilly #fnf #fridaynighfunkin #fnfhitsingle

(2024, 2023, 2019) April 2nd was #CarolLacelle 's B-Day! A horror show clown who loves to unsettle attendees with her freaky grin and expressions! She can also make a mean grilled cheese. #clowns #oc #ocs #clownoc #clownocs

While in the middle of several projects, I’ve been having fun redesigning some #ocs! This is Tiffany, who- while going through many designs- has always been a girl who specializes in helping people sleep! Once a Twlight Sparkle recolor, then a ginger, now a unicorn sheep lady lol #characterdesign

(2022) One last #redraw from the #LQLapis AU! Due to her gem placement, her teraforming powers are severely weakened. She's an off color and isn't as big of a threat as regular #Lapislazuli #stevenuniverse #OC #lapis

(2022) Fun #stevenuniverse redraws with an AU basically swapping canon #lapislazuli with my #oc Lapis, #LQLapis! #stevenuniverseoc #lapis #redraw

(2022-2024) More of the #stevenuniverse #kokichiouma and #Fuyuhikokuzuryuu, ft. a recoloring for #alexandrite since i didn't like how similar to normal kokichi he looked lol #kuzuouma #sardonyx #ndrv3 #sdr2 #danganronpa
