A year in review... sort of. A lot happened over the course of the last year, and I can't seem to find the words I'm looking for. Here's to 2025. There's lots to do, lots in store... I'm excited to continue my journey through life and through streaming and art.💖🏙️

There’s a lot to think about with regards to this year. A lot has happened in 2024 and I’ve taken some time to myself to think and reflect on it all (and recover from this gnarly hangover from last night). 2024 was not kind to me in many ways. It beat me to the ground and wanted me to stay down, no matter what happened. This year threw out some of the toughest and scariest challenges I’ve ever faced, and while I’d like for those kinds of challenges to stay in the past, I know I may face more in the future. I’d like to think that 2024 was able to give me some experience in how to handle things when everything seems dark and bleak. Let’s reflect together... shall we?

This year I faced a lot of financial hardship, like many of my peers. Money is a scarce object no one likes to think about or have to deal with, but it is the unfortunate reality that it makes the world go round. This year, I faced brutal challenges with finances, something I’m not proud of, as I’m sure some of it could’ve been prevented. However, hindsight is 20/20, and I’d like to believe that instead of regretting my choices, I can look back on them and learn from my past errors and mistakes. From facing eviction three times, to losing my job because I was used as a scapegoat, to dealing with random bills and other things no one expected, I feel as though parts of me have broken. But each and every time, I found a way back up. I have a lot of people to thank for that, including anyone who just supported me with kind words or their presence, to those who went above and beyond to save me from potential disaster. I have a lot of love and gratitude in my heart for you all, and I thank you dearly.

I struggled too, to come back to streaming. I left it dormant and quiet, unable to find myself there. I felt as though a piece was missing, and like I wasn’t sure what I was doing. I had been set to debut and come back in January of 2024, but I never made that deadline. The Six 5.0 debut, and my subsequent return to Twitch and streaming as a whole wasn’t done until 8 months later, in August of 2024. It was an incredible stream, and so much of it fills my memory to this day. I went through phases of not knowing what to do, what to stream, how to make everyone happy. I fought with myself time and time again, trying to discover what needed to be done, and what was meant for me to do. After a long time, and a lot of struggle, it all clicked in my head one day. I began to understand what I should be doing. I had forgotten after all this time that I don’t exist just to make others happy. I should be happy too. Part of me just seemed to begin to understand that if I played my cards right and enjoyed myself first and foremost, that my enjoyment would spread to others too. It was like something clicked into its perfect place. I have a lot of you to thank for making me realize that I really should practice what I preach.

All in all, there’s only so much I can say in regards to my 2024. It’s hard to explain all the swirling thoughts within my head about this year, from streaming to artwork (which I didn’t do much of) and more. I can sit here all day and word vomit onto the page trying to dish out and explain the complicated feelings and emotions around this past year, but I don’t feel I need to say much. Hopefully everyone understands what I mean, I suppose.

To kick off 2025 right, I’ve managed to pay off a good chunk of debt in full, meaning I’m in a better spot than I was this time in 2024. I have myself, my friends, and most importantly, the love of my life, Deku, to thank for where I am today. 2025 is looking to bring some interesting things, so I hope you’ll stick with me and stay tuned. I want to stream three days a week. That's not changing. But I'm thinking of having one day a week dedicated to art, and the other two days dedicated to other things.

One specific thing I have in mind is to do RuneScape streams again. Before you roll your eyes, I've been thinking about doing something specific for streams.

- I would not play on my main, high level account.
- I would only play on my Ironman, which cannot use the grand exchange and cannot trade with other players, meaning I would have to get EVERYTHING by myself.
- I would do this all without guides and we could experience OSRS together!

I'm having a hard time today, but I figured I'd share a piece I started yesterday. I turned a specific song up really loud and just let my pen move on the paper. This could be one of my best pieces if I take my time. Here's the sketch. 🌃
